A 16 ounce can of Monster contains 160 milligrams of caffeine.

Monster comes in a number of variations; Monster Energy, Monster Lo-Carb, Khaos, M80, Java, and Energy Assault.

All drinks come in an 8.3oz and 16oz serving with the addition of an XXL (23.5oz) version of Lo-Carb and Monster Energy.

All drinks have the same caffeine level per ounce.

Khaos is more of an energy juice, drawing on fruit juice concentrates, Ace-k and Splenda for sweetening.

Java is a range of coffee and milk energy drinks. See more about Java Monster.

Each drink contains an "energy blend" comprising L-carnitine, caffeine, guarana, glucose, inositol, maltodextrin, and glucuronalactone.
